The BZT52C11S is a SOD-323 Zener diode manufactured by FOSAN. It is a ROHS compliant, low-power, high-stability Zener diode. This component is primarily used to provide protection from over-voltage and transients as well as provide voltage regulation. The BZT52C11S has a maximum reverse voltage of 11V and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The Zener diode has a leakage current of 2µA at 10V and a breakdown voltage of 10.4V. The component also boasts a very low temperature coefficient for optimum performance in a wide variety of applications. Its wide operating temperature range (-55 to +125°C) ensures long-term stability in a variety of conditions.
