The FOSAN DSK14W K14 with SOD-123FL Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) is a semiconductor package for surface-mount applications. It is a small and lightweight device, measuring 5.20 x 5.40mm and weighing just 1.5 grams. It consists of a diode (either N-type or P-type) with two metalized leads-the anode and cathode. The diode is compliant with the EU’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, meaning it contains no hazardous substances, such as lead, halogen, and other material that may be hazardous to the environment. The device has excellent heat dissipation, with an average forward current of 2A and a peak forward current of 4A. It can withstand reverse voltage of up to 200V, and also has a low forward voltage drop, making it suitable for high-power switching applications. In addition, the low reverse leakage current makes it suitable for many rectification applications.
