The FT60F122-RB RoHS is a 8-bit microcontroller fabrication embedded with a core of 80C51 clone. This MCU has up to 8k words of in-system programmable flash memory, 384 bytes of SRAM, four 8-bit I/O ports, two 16-bit timers and one 8-bit 16-bit timer. This MCU features 15 interrupts/exception vectors, two dedicated UARTs, two SPI/I2C interfaces, three 4-channel 10-bit A/D converters and an interrupt-driven UART interface. It is suitable for various industrial applications such as motor control, instrumentation, intelligent equipment, and sensors. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C. This FT60F122 is compatible with JTAG, IAP, ISP, LVK, and ICSP debuggers.
