The FT61F023-RB is a RoHS compliant SOP-16 package Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) manufactured by Fremont Micro Devices. It is a system-on-chip solution for the 8051 microcontroller family that combines a wide range of peripherals into a single IC package. The processor includes 512KB of on-chip Flash code memory, 8KB of on-chip RAM, and 128KB of on-chip peripheral SRAM. It also has a real-time clock/calendar, I2C, SPI, two UARTs, and four-channel 12-bit ADC enabling the interfacing of sensors. It also contains an internal OSC allowing it to run without an external clock. Furthermore, all the memory, peripherals, and other features are fully accessible from the user's side of the chip. The processor is able to operate at clock frequencies up to 75MHz while being able to interface with a wide range of external peripherals.
