?The Fuman TC6291B is a DC-DC converter that comes in a SOT-23-6 RoHS package. It is an advanced switching converter IC that delivers high performance, efficiency and flexibility in a tiny package. The device features a peak-current-mode control, providing excellent line and load regulation, fast transient response, and low output noise. It supports a wide input voltage range (2.5V-18V) and fixed, adjustable (250mV to 15V) or tracking output voltage options. It switches up to 600KHz and provides up to 1A output current up to 60V. The device also has an adjustable soft-start circuit, current limit protection, output voltage self-regulation, and under-voltage protection. This product is suitable for Buck converter applications such as battery-operated systems, LED lighting, and various industrial applications.
