The Gigadevice GD32F330RBT6 is a microcontroller device with an LQFP-64 lead package and RoHS compliance. This device features ARM Cortex-M0 processor core running at 50 MHz clock frequency, and 32 KB flash memory, 2 KB SRAM. It also has built in linear voltage regulator, independent power supply for each peripheral, 8 or 16-bit ADC and 3 timers, 12-bit DAC, etc. It has low power consumption features such as idle mode, on-chip clock gating and wake-up functions to reduce energy consumption.
