The GD32F450VIT6 is a powerful ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller (MCU) with a wide selection of peripherals, manufactured by Gigadevice. The device is housed in a low-profile quad-flat package (LQFP100), and supports a wide range of frequencies up to 120 MHz. It features a two-stage cycle-accurate and architecturally-compatible 32 kB Flash Memory with scatter loading support, a 4 kB OTP, 8 kB SRAM, up to 16 kB high-speed SRAM, and 1 kB EEPROM.The GD32F450VIT6 MCU also features a cryptography accelerator, energy saving and power saving modes (including sleep mode, wait mode, deep sleep mode, and deep power down mode), a PLL for clock control, and power savings and improved energy efficiency for enhanced battery life. Furthermore, because it uses Gigadevice's ultra-low-power technology, the device's power footprint is much lower than comparable MCUs.The GD32F450VIT6 possesses a large set of communication peripherals, including UART, I2C, and SPI. Its ADC peripherals support up to 16-bit resolution with up to 8 channels, and its timer capabilities offer up to 16-bit programs and up to 32-bit cascades for even greater efficiency. Furthermore, it comes with an internal 100 MHz enhanced CAN controller, three general-purpose DMA controllers, CRC calculation, and an LCD controller as well. Finally, the GD32F450VIT6 also features a series of system protection items, including NMI, MPU, WDT, backup domain, and secure protection.
