With precision capacitance and semiconductor sensors incorporated di- rectly into the remote wand, more accurate results may be obtained by the ability to direct the sensor placement. This is further enhanced when the thermocouple sensor is attached and all three measurements are displayed simultaneously on the LCD screen. *The GNV-725 comes with data logging capabilities, recording up to 16,300 data points.
