onductorGN431G 0.3% with 36V 0.3% 37V Programmable SOT-23-3 Voltage References ROHS is a voltage reference IC manufactured by GN Semiconductor. It is a SOT-23-3 package device and is lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant. This IC offers a programmable range of 36V to 37V with 0.3% accuracy and works on a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 36V. It has an S2 pin that allows for programming the output voltage of the IC with an external resistor. It is ideal for use in portable and low power application as it draws very low quiescent current of 10uA. The GN431G is capable of driving up to 10mA of load current. It features reverse current protection as well as over-temperature and over-current protection. The operating temperature range is from -25°C to 125°C.
