GRF2243 Preliminary LNA with Bypass Tuning Range: 0.4 to 5.0 GHz Product Description GRF2243 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) with low loss by- pass which requires only a single control input. It is de- signed for high performance applications up to 5.0 GHz. With minimal external matching, the device achieves out- standing noise figure (NF), high gain and efficient lineari- ty. The LNA is operated from a single positive supply of Features 2.7 to 5.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 8 to 25 mA.
