Additional Infomation About Product

The GPT-15002 safety tester from GW INSTEK is a multi-functional, portable test device that measures safety characteristics, as well as AC/DC voltage, current, and insulation resistance. It is manufactured to meet IEC 61010-1 safety requirements and is suitable for use in electrical and non-electrical product design safety tests. The main features of this tester include a wide range-direct measurement of voltage from 0.05 to 5kV AC and 0.05 to 6kV DC, AC current up to 1kVA, and True RMS AC. The GPT-15002 also features the UTEST 0.05–5kVAC, 0.05–6kVDC and 1kVA Tru RMS AC measurement. The regulator settings allow full control of voltage and current levels when measuring multiple points and permits rapid measure of insulation resistance. The device is equipped with an external synchronization input that allows synchronizing the testing and measurement with industrial automation equipment. The GPT-15002 also offers a range of safety functions, including variable timer settings, leakage current alarm switching, and automatic safety cut-off for user safety.
