A 5-350D/5-525D - SERIES STEEL CHASSIS WITH PANEL PAGE 1 OF 1 7 1 3 DETAIL A A 5 4 2 7 6 B 1 DETAIL B 3 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: A) Select the height at which to mount the steel chassis (item 1) on the combination rails (item 7). B) If mounting rails have square cutouts insert 4 or 8 cage nuts (item 6) on the mounting rail to suit the spacing of the mounting slots. This can be done using a cage nut insertion tool. (Detail B) COMPLETE ASSEMBLY C) Line up the mounting slots of the steel chassis (item 1) with the PARTS LIST holes (or cage nuts just inserted) on the combination rail (item 7). ITEM No. DESCRIPTION QTY Secure with 10-32 x 3/8 screws (items 3) provided with the chassis. 1 STEEL CHASSIS 1 (Detail A & B) 2 STEEL PANEL 1 3 10-32 X 3/8 SCREWS 2 OR 4 D) Once the chassis is secure line up the mounting slots on panel with 4 SCREWS (NOT INCLUDED) 2 OR 4 the holes in the chassis. Secure the panel with screws and washers 5 WASHERS (NOT INCLUDED) 2 OR 4 (items 4 & 5) purchased for the combination rails.
