The J1159-4 part of Harbour is a 7,500-hectare marine park located within the City of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. It is situated at the entrance to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the northernmost part of the Salish Sea. It provides an additional level of protection for an already ecologically rich area with a high variety of species and habitats. The harbour area is bounded by Discovery, Constance and Chatham Islands and is home to a variety of species of shorebirds, marine mammals, and fishes, making it an important stop for migratory species in the region.
