J1190-2 is a section of the Baltic Sea Port of Hamburg, Germany. It is located along the northeast bank of the River Elbe and is the largest container terminal in the port. The terminal consists of four large warehouses, a series of piers, and associated facilities. Along the riverbank, a series of quays provide access to barges and river craft. The warehouses, connected to the quays by road and rail, are used to store and handle containers handled by the port. The terminal is made up of a total of 8 berths with 28 gantry cranes and can handle 10,000 TEUs of containers at a time. Additionally, the port offers logistics services such as cargo tracking, customs clearance, and a modern IT system for cargo handling.
