OSThe HE4054B with SOT-23-5 Battery Management ICs ROHS manufactured by HEERMICROS is an integrated circuit used to manage and monitor the performance of rechargeable batteries, optimized for battery packs in mobile devices. It offers precise charge current and voltage regulation, accurate loop compensation, low quiescent current (as low as 1µA in sleep mode) and low dropout voltage for improved efficiency. The IC is also designed with features such as a current sense amplifier, a voltage monitor, an over-current protection (OCP) circuit, an over voltage protection (OVP) circuit, a low quiescent current power management unit (PMU) as well as a temperature monitoring system. It is also capable of controlling the charging and discharging of batteries while also monitoring and protecting the pack from overvoltage and overcurrent. Its miniature size and the ability to operate from 2.5V to 6.5V ensures easy integration into most portable designs.
