FIRST-AID MEASURES Inhalation: If burning, remove from source of noxious fumes. Administer artificial respiration or oxygen if necessary. Seek medical attention. HANDLING & STORAGE 1.1 HANDLING Process Hazards Avoid handling product when being recovered with heat gun or flame torch. Do not touch until allowed to cool. Recover product in well-ventilated areas. 1.2 STORAGE Store away from heat and direct sunlight, store below 40C. Shelf Life: 5 years under above conditions 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION Occupational Exposure Limits None associated. Eye Protection: Avoid eye contact with vapours or smoke resulting from over-heating or when used in confined areas. Hand Protection: Avoid skin contact with hot material. Wear appropriate gloves to prevent thermal burns. Ingestion: Wash hands after handling, and before eating. Recommended Ventilation: Local exhaust is required for operations using large amounts of material. Conduct air monitoring to determine adequacy of ventilation. Use in a well- ventilated area. When using this product in a confined space or where ventilation may be inadequate, then respiratory protection may be worn. Inadequate ventilation or confined spaced would cause vapours from heating of this product to be present in the users breathing zone and may cause respiratory irritation.
