HellermannTyton DATA SHEET SBPEMC: Spiral Binding DESCRIPTION Metal Content Spiral Binding is a solution for bundling applications where the material needs to be detectable by its metal content. It is used for organising and protecting cables and hoses. Spiral binding is available in a range of diameters coloured blue. SBPEMC provides protection against abrasion, and chemical attack. Due to the spiral structure, it can be applied to cables or hoses in situ. Furthermore, cables can branch out at any point and in any direction. APPLICATION Metal Content Spiral Binding is a versatile form of protection as it can be fitted to cables in situ. It also enables cables to be broken out at any point whilst creating a homogeneous harness assembly that can follow any route. Polyethylene MC spiral binding provides a solution for food industry applications.
