PC21A is a two-part, room-temperature curing, silver-filled electrically conductive adhesive formulated with a combination of silver flakes and a silver-filled epoxy resin. It is designed to provide electrical continuity and stay flexible, withstanding temperature cycling between -40 and +125°C. PC21A provides excellent electrical properties including excellent solderability, low contact resistance, and resistance to intermittent fluxing. It has high bond strength to a variety of substrates, including FR-4, stainless steel, and aluminum, and is extremely resistant to tarnishing and oxidation. In addition, it is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and does not contain lead or halogens.
