The AP1509-ADJM/TR is a DC-DC Converter SOP-8 RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a monolithic integrated step-down switching regulator with two outputs for synchronous rectification that provides cost-efficient solutions for high-current applications. It has a maximum output current of 3A, a switch current limit of 5A, and a wide operating voltage range of 4.75 to 24V. It is suitable for powering a variety of different devices, such as LCD TV backlight, notebook PCs and electronic instrumentation.
