The HG24LC08M/TR is an 8-pin SOP-8 EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) that is manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a low-power, non-volatile memory device that is widely used in embedded controls, computer systems, portable electronics, and other embedded systems. It has a low operating voltage range of 1.65V - 3V and is compliant with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive. The EEPROM has a maximum operating temperature of +85°C for extended temperature ranges and is also available in a SOIC-8 package. It has a capacity of 1Kb and a write/erase cycle time of 5 ms.
