The LM2575TB-12 with TO-220B-5L DC-DC Converters ROHS manufactured by HGSEMI is a switching mode power supply (SMPS) IC that is designed to provide an efficient regulated 5V output for use in applications like telecommunications, medical equipment, process control, instrumentation, etc. It is available in a compact TO-220B-5L package. The LM2575TB-12 features a high efficiency of up to 95%, Wide input voltage range (3 to 40V DC), switching frequency of 100 kHz, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. It is suitable for both linear and switching mode operation and fully compatible with PWM control for accurate output. The LM2575TB-12 can be easily used without any additional components. It is designed to meet the RoHS directives and is ideal for high current and low voltage output applications.
