Additional Infomation About Product

The SP3232ECMT/TR is an RS232 Integrated Circuit (IC) with TSSOP-16 (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a low-power serial communications interface specifically designed for RS232/V.24 communication. This IC device has a self-powered operation which eliminates the need for an external power supply. It incorporates a variety of features, such as low power consumption, excellent signal integrity, low EMI, adjustable slew rate control, wide VOH range, and optimized thermal dissipation. Moreover, the device is provided with Function Control Logic such as TX En (Transmit Enable) and RX En (Receive Enable) and active interrupts (RX flag, Transmit empty) that enable efficient and effective communications. This device is capable of operating at data rates up to 460kbss and in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C
