System.The High Diode System DSS310 is a surface mount, dual Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) package in SOD-123FL RoHS format. It can be used in a variety of applications such as low voltage switching, rectification, and dual signal clamping. The device consists of two dual parallel diodes, with an industry standard SOD-123FL footprint. It has a very low forward voltage drop (VF) of 1.4V and a high reverse voltage rating (VR) of 200V. It also has a high surge-current rating (Ipp) of 600mA. The package is designed with a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C, and it is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for use in green electronics designs. Additionally, it is also an excellent choice for applications requiring ultra-low capacitance.
