Modular Monoglide Swept Wing
The WO-RPMW1 is a Highly Modular Monoglide Swept Wing (HMMW) developed by the Israeli Aerospace Industries (IAI) and is a modular, single-centerline-mounted sweptwing with variable chord, sweep, and dihedral. It features high-strength aluminum construction, reinforced leading edges and ribs, as well as IAI's unique dynamic flap and aileron control system. The HMMW also includes variable sweep wings, interchangeable spine mount profiles and aileron angles, and airfoil-optimized flap settings. This allows for a highly efficient, low-drag design capable of high performance throughout the entire flight envelope. Additionally, adjustable dihedrals on either side of the fuselage provide additional stability for increased maneuverability.
