The HT66F30 is a 2KB 96Byte FLASH 22 RISC SOP-24-7.8mm Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) ROHS manufactured by Holtek. It is a highly integrated 8-bit MCU which combines embedded flash memory, powerful CPU, highly efficient peripherals and strong analog functions. This power-saving MCU has up to 96KB of internal flash memory, and its high endurance and reliability give it an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The MCU is designed for use in control and monitoring applications as well as in consumer electronics.
