The Holtek HT7544-7 Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT23-5 RoHS is a low cost, low power voltage regulator designed to provide improved accuracy and enhanced performance in a wide range of applications. The proprietary BiCMOS design of the HT7544-7 utilizes a simple, low cost external circuitry and provides excellent output accuracy in both source and sink current modes. These benefits allow the device to be used in a variety of products for both high and low voltage applications. The HT7544-7 provides superior output noise performance, enhanced ripple rejection ratio, reduced output voltage temperature coefficient, and improved transient response. The device also features short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, over current protection, and over temperature protection. The HT7544-7 is RoHS compliant and is available in a SOT23-5 package.
