Additional Infomation About Product

The HT7730A is a low cost, high efficiency, and high switching frequency step-up DC-DC converter manufactured by Holtek. Its SOT23-5 RoHS compliant package makes it easy to embed into existing product designs. It accepts an input voltage of 1.6V and provides a regulated output voltage between 3V and 5V, capable of supplying up to 200mA. This makes the HT7730A perfect for powering low power modules and embedded devices with a low voltage supply. It also features an internal slew rate control circuitry which allows for improved load regulation and wide input voltage range. The HT7730A also offers an efficient design with low quiescent current of 20uA, low output ripple, ultra-low noise, and high noise immunity. This DC-DC converter is an ideal choice for applications such as handheld devices, IoT sensors, portable health products, and consumer/industrial grade battery powered equipment.
