It is a part of the ASK/FSK/OOK RF transceiver family and has an integrated power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, voltage regulator, synthesizer, frequency-hopping system and processor interface. The RFM12B-868S1P complies with FCC, ETSI and ARIB regulations and features sensitivity of -121 dBm at 1.2 kbps, while consuming only 4.3 mA on transmit and 12.6 mA on receive. It also offers a 25 kHz channel bandwidth, up to 1000 meter communication range, link budget of -94.6 dBm and a data range of up to 64 bit/s. The RFM12B-868S1P is an ideal choice for applications requiring a low-power, low-cost, reliable, and robust communication link. It is RoHS compliant and available in a 8-pin SIP or SOIC package.
