CM1003-BPD with DFN(1.9x1.6) is a single cell lithium-ion battery management IC manufactured by iCM. It is designed to provide a high level of protection to all single cell Li-ion or Li-polymer batteries. It is RoHS Compliant and the DFN package dimensions measure 1.9x1.6mm with 0.4mm pitch. The CM1003-BPD with DFN(1.9x1.6) protects against overcharge, overdischarge, over temperature, short circuit and over current conditions. It also features soft start charging, programmable cell balancing, an adjustable charge current limit, a discharge current limit and a cell temperature limit. This IC can be used in a wide variety of applications such as tablets, cell phones, digital cameras, and power banks.
