The TL431 voltage reference (manufactured by IDCHIP) is a programmable SOT-23 voltage reference with a wide operating voltage range of 2.5V to 36V, operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C (Topr) and 0.15 Ohm of source resistance. It has a current load capacity of 1mA and is ROHS compliant.
