It integrates MOSFET switches, small-signal control circuits, compensation Guaranteed 4A I at 85C with No Airflow OUT and an integrated inductor in an advanced Frequency Synchronization (External Clock) 8x11x3mm QFN module. It offers high efficiency, 1.5% V Accuracy (Over Load and Temperature) OUT excellent line and load regulation over temperature High Efficiency (Up to 95%) and up to the full 4A load range. The EN2342QI Output Enable Pin and Power OK signal operates over a wide input voltage range and is Programmable Soft-Start Time specifically designed to meet the precise voltage and fast transient requirements of high-performance Pre-Bias Protection products. The EN2342QI features frequency Pin Compatible with the EN2340QI synchronization to an external clock, power OK Under Voltage Lockout Protection (UVLO) output voltage monitor, programmable soft-start Thermal Soft-Shutdown Protection along with thermal and over current protection.
