It integrates MOSFET Total Solution Size Estimate: 235mm switches, small-signal control circuits, compensation Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V 14V and an integrated inductor in an advanced 2% V Accuracy (Over Line/Load/Temperature) OUT 11x10x3mm QFN module. It offers high efficiency, excellent line and load regulation over temperature. Frequency Synchronization (External Clock) The EN2390QI operates over a wide input voltage Output Enable Pin and Power OK Signal range and is specifically designed to meet the precise Programmable Soft-Start Time voltage and fast transient requirements of high- Under Voltage Lockout Protection (UVLO) performance products. The EN2390 features Programmable Over Current Protection frequency synchronization to an external clock, power OK output voltage monitor, programmable soft-start Thermal Shutdown and Short Circuit Protection o along with thermal and over current protection.
