The IN506050 part of the IPF Electronic is a switch regulator designed for automotive applications. It is a 4-channel, 5-mode voltage regulator, which offers a wide range of output voltage, current and power configurations. It is capable of providing up to 30 A of continuous output current, with a peak current of up to 240 A. It also features temperature protection, short circuit protection, over-current protection and reverse polarity protection. Additionally, it is designed to operate over a wide input voltage range from 4.5 V to 35 V, and is capable of operating in either buck or boost modes.
