The PS2501-2SM with Optocouplers SMD-8 RoHS is a surface-mount, bi-directional photocoupler device manufactured by Isocom. It is designed for use in high-speed logic level shifting applications and voltage isolation in various electronic systems. It is composed of a gallium arsenide LED and a silicon photoreceiver the device is supplied in an SMD-8 RoHS package. The device is RoHS-compliant*, has a built-in GND connection, and a low input current of 0.7mA which means it requires a minimum amount of power to turn on. The PS2501-2SM also features common-mode noise rejection upto 30kV/µs and a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +105°C.
