IS31FL3736 128 DOTS MATRIX LED DRIVER WITH INDIVIDUAL AUTO BREATH FUNCTION July 2017 GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The IS31FL3736 is a general purpose 128 LEDs Supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V matrix driver with 1/12 cycle rate. The device can be 8 current source outputs for row control programmed via an I2C compatible interface. Each 12 switch current inputs for column scan control LED can be dimmed individually with 8-bit PWM data Up to 96 LEDs (128) in dot matrix which allowing 256 steps of linear dimming. Programmable128 (32 RGBs) matrix size with IS31FL3736 features 3 Auto Breathing Modes which de-ghost function are noted as ABM-1, ABM-2 and ABM-3. For each 1MHz I2C-compatible interface Auto Breathing Mode, there are 4 timing characters Selectable 3 Auto Breath Modes for each dot which include current rising / holding / falling / off time Auto breath loop features interrupt pin inform and 3 loop characters which include Loop-Beginning / MCU auto breath loop completed Loop-Ending / Loop-Times. Every LED can be Auto breath offers 128 steps gamma current, configured to be any Auto Breathing Mode or No- interrupt and statelookup registers Breathing Mode individually. 256 steps global current setting Additionally each LED open and short state can be Individual on/off control detected, IS31FL3736 store the open or short Individual 256 PWM control steps information in LED Open/Short Registers. The LED Individual Auto Breath Mode select Open/Short Registers allowing MCU to read out via I2C compatible interface. QFN-40 (5mm5mm) package The IS31FL3736 operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and APPLICATIONS features a very low shutdown and operational current. Mobile phones and other hand-held devices for IS31FL3736 is available in QFN-40 (5mm5mm) LED display package.
