The A250-800 with PTC Resettable Fuses Through Hole RoHS is a polyfuse manufactured by JDT. It is used as an over-current protective device for electronic circuits. It is a biphasic current-limiting type, fast-acting protection element that automatically reset after the fault is removed. It has an AC / DC operating voltage rating of 250 V and a current rating of 800 mA, and complies with the RoHS Directive. Its features include fail-safe operation, positive temperature coefficient, small size, fast response, and high reliability.
