The ASMD1812-300 with PTC Resettable Fuses 1812 RoHS manufactured by JDT is a surface mountable, resettable fuses which offers a solution for circuit overcurrent protection in power supplies, battery chargers, consumer, and industrial applications. It is used in a variety of small electrical circuits, and helps to protect both the circuit components and the device itself from power surges or overcurrent. This RoHS-compliant device features a compact design which allows for flexible mounting, and has a maximum InterruptCurrent rating of 300 amps. The ASMD1812-300 is capable of resetting itself quickly after thermal-based failures, and has a low resistance allowing for minimally invasive circuit protection. Its wide operating temperature range and high thermal cycling makes it suitable for long-term use in harsh environments.
