MicroThe JST137K-800E is a two-way thyristor, which is a semiconductor switch that is used to manage the flow of electrical current. This unit is manufactured by JieJie Micro, and is a 800V TO-252 RoHS compliant part. Specifically, it is designed to produce gate signals that can control switches in higher voltage applications, ranging from 400V to 800V. This TRIAC (Thyristorized AC Switch) can also be used as a switching element for lighting and motor control. When voltage is applied to the gate, the thyristor can be used to control the voltage in the circuit. In addition, it is capable of being used in both AC and DC circuits and has a high degree of isolation between the circuits.
