The US5MC with Diodes - Rectifiers - Hyperfast 1000V 5A 1.65V @ 5A 75ns SMC RoHS is a high-speed, ultrafast diode rectifier module manufactured by Jingdao. It has a 1000V maximum reverse voltage, a 5A maximum forward current, an ultrafast switching speed of 75 nanoseconds (ns), and it meets the RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) standard. The US5MC features high surge capability, low leakage current, and a high temperature tolerance of up to 175°C. This diode rectifier is ideally suited for high-efficiency switching power supplies, lighting power factor controllers, high-frequency circuit protection, and more. It is available in a RoHS-compliant, 4-pin, surface-mount package (SMC).
