The JSM5120 with QFN-32 RF Chips ROHS is an RF chip manufactured by JSMSEMI. It is a radio frequency (RF) solution capable of supporting widespread application in telecommunication, consumer electronics and automotive. It includes a low noise amplifier (LNA), a variable gain amplifier (VGA), a frequency mixer, and an RF switch for controlling signal paths. The JSM5120 has an efficiency of 94.5% and a high linearity performance allowing it to perform at data rates up to 64 kbps. It is compliant with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive, is RoHS-compliant, and is designed for the harshest operating environments. The chip also has an integrated power management system for reduced power consumption, as well as advanced self-calibration and ESD protection circuitry to ensure maximum reliability.
