The KDR505S-RTK/P is a SOT-23-3 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant semiconductor device manufactured by KEC. It is a discrete Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) which consists of two high performing SBDs embedded in a miniature SOT-23 package. It can withstand a maximum voltage of 40V and a maximum reverse current of 5mA. The maximum reverse recovery time of this device is 15ns. This device is suitable for a wide variety of applications including mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), embedded systems, and consumer electronic products.
