The KIA7912PI-U/PF with Linear Voltage Regulators TO-220F (TO-220IS) RoHS is a voltage regulating transistor manufactured by Korean Semiconductor giant KEC. It is a three-terminal voltage regulator comprising of a series of MOSFETs, allowing for positive or negative voltage regulation. This device is RoHS compliant and houses with a TO-220F package type. It offers very low dropout performance, extremely low noise, fast response and high accuracy and regulation. This component is suitable for a range of applications that require linear voltage regulation, from 10V to 25V output and 5F to 25F input suitable for medium power applications such as amplifiers, power supplies and thermostats, among others. This device comes with on-chip protection circuitry like short-circuit protection, thermal protection and active over-current limitation.
