SM 32 M 2400 105 is part of Kemmer Prazision's line of SM 32 family of computer numerical control (CNC) machining centers. It is a multi-axis machining center, used mainly for high-precision machining of a variety of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastic. The machine has a working area of 1,050 by 640 mm, with a maximum spindle speed of up to 24,000 rpm. It is equipped with a high-performance direct-drive spindle and precision linear guide ways for maximum cutting accuracy. Other features include a 10-tool magazine, a chip-to-chip cycle time of just 8 seconds, and an optional tool length measuring system.
