This system is ideal for wall and facades applications and provides a non-combustible insulation solution. The 2025-57-9 panel features a smooth, glossy, grey finish on both faces and can be supplied with an overlaid air and vapour control layer, where required. The panel has a nominal thickness of 57mm and is composed of a high performance rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core, factory bonded to pre-painted galvanised steel facings. The core is resistant to water absorption, offers superior thermal efficiency and has superior mechanical strength. The system offers visible components and is designed for easy installation and is available for a variety of different thickness and surface types. The panel is suitable for use in cold and warm climates, even in areas with higher wind loads and provides an economical, thermally efficient and aesthetically pleasing building envelope.
