The K6.3X38/D7981C-A2 is a power module from Kraftberg. It is a fully-enclosed, 1-phase controlled thyristor rectifier that provides galvanic isolation from power sources to the controlled equipment. It features an integrated Snubber Circuit, which provides protection against fast Transients and Overvoltage, resulting in efficient rectification even at high power and fast rise times. The module comes in a compact, rugged housing with an IP66 / IP67 rating, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including motor drives, UPS, UPS DC, and solar photovoltaics. This module features a built-in 600V DC input filter, a three-phase bridge rectifier, as well as a built-in temperature and overcurrent protection. In addition, it has a built-in load sharing feature for equal distribution of power to connected loads.
