Assembled with Bismuth Telluride semiconductor material and thermally conductive Aluminum Oxide ceramics, TM the OptoTEC Series is designed for lower current and lower heat-pumping applications. Custom designs are available to accommodate metallization, pretinning, ceramic patterns, and solder posts, however MOQ applies.
