The DSK26 is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by LGE and encapsulated in SOD-123FL RoHS (Right of Human Safety). It features a high switching speed, low forward voltage drop and low reverse current leakage. This device offers maximum reverse recovery time of 10ns and maximum front blocking voltage of 30V.
