It has a maximum working voltage of 25V, a maximum peak reverse voltage of 35V, and a maximum forward current of 500mA. The diode features ultra-fast switching and high reliability with a temperature range from -65°C to 150°C. The package size is 1.7mm x 1.7mm and the RoHS compliant version of the diode is compatible with lead-free soldering processes.
