EVB6002-6 is an evaluation board from Lime Microsystems that uses the LMS6002D direct conversion Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver. It has two sets of board-to-board connectors, one on the bottom and one on the top, that allow the board to be interfaced to various hardware, such as FPGAs, programmable logic devices, DACs and ADCs. EVB6002-6 also has an FPGA control interface, as well as a USB connection. The LMS6002D offers up to 60 dB of gain for digital baseband signals, along with integrated components for low noise figures, excellent linearity performance, and high linearity transmit power amplifier (TPA). It also supports multiple wireless protocols, such as GSM/EDGE, WCDMA/HSPA, and LTE.
