The LTV-3223 ROHS Photoelectric Thyristor (Solid State Relays) is a compact, rugged, and reliable device designed and manufactured by Lite-On for industrial control applications. The device uses thyristor technology to provide zero cross, high power density and low thermal dissipation. It can be used to control the current flow in a power circuit and also provide isolation in the signal path. The device features 1000V isolation voltage, 2A max load current, 3A input current, 10uA leakage current, and 4-40V direct voltage input. Additionally, the device features an over-current protection circuit, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, LED display, and built-in test points.
